Yummy Inc is proud to bring you our first Staff Spotlight! This week Vanesaa Vavvoom is gracing the Yummy blog page to talk about her love of DJing and her love for Yummy Inc Club. Vavoom has been a DJ in SL for six and a half months, and though some would say that isn't very long~ it's easy to see DJ Vavvaoom has a natural talent!
Her favorite thing about being a DJ she says, is being able to give the crowd and VIPs what they want to hear. "There's no better feeling to me...as a DJ than being told, "I love the music you play!"" Her goal is to have a great time and rock out to hers and her VIPs favorite music. Her favorite genre is is rock but loves anything that makes her smile and gets her booty moving. One of the funniest requests she has ever gotten is Ice Fish Baby by Shad, a rap song.
She was introduced to Yummy Inc Club by DJ Nuno and says it's one of the best things that could happen. "I LOVE the people! The VIPs as well as the staff! So fun! Never a dull moment!"
When she isn't spinning tunes Vavavoom loves to do Photography, and anything that helps her meet new people. Some of the songs you will always find in her playlist are Sick Bubble Gum by Rob Zombie and Sweet Sour by Band of Skulls.
Vavavoom is definitely a DJ you have to hear if you are craving up beat, tap your foot music. When she gets on mic she is always positive and ready for a good giggle! You can catch her at Yummy Inc Friday and Sunday mornings from 10-Noon SLT.
